Besides, you make it seem like there are 50 frigate pilots just sitting around going "HEY GUYS! LETS GO KILL A MINING OP!"
Its not a matter of ship choice, its a matter of organization and how many people you have online at the time. :0

Last time we did this (with only 12 people), we scored a 'geddon kill, a kestrel, and two ravens.
HACs are not frigates.

So youve proven that organization was helpful and that frigates sig radius lets them not get hit.
If you took 11 battleships and a tackle along with you your results would have been even more stellar :D
This frig > BS arguement is retarded. Of course frigs can kill BS, in large zerg numbers with organization. BS were never made for antifrig, other than perhaps the domi :D
Edit - For example, the other day 4 of my guys saw a mega in a belt. Could we have taken it? No, we couldnt have. Could 8 friggies have? Most certainly. 8:1, the BS wins.
Now, if we had a single BS with 2-3 friggy escort vs the lone BS, we would certainly have won. Its simply a matter of using the big hammer for the big nail, the little hammer for the little nail. 10 little hammers will certainly pound a big nail easily.

Battleships are slow though. Speed = Fun
Inties are where the real funs at, I agree :D
But you cannot deny the sheer power that BS have to offer.
